IT Support Service, IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Install and configure various network devices including CISCO Router, Switch, and Access Point.
∎ Troubleshoot various network services including routing, switching, and VPN within LAN & WAN environments.
∎ Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and consult with vendors.
∎ Active Directory Domain Controller user management as per company policy
∎ User management of attendance device and ensure data for payroll.
∎ Analyzing, planning, implementation, configuration, networking of CCTV system (DVR, NVR, IP Camera) & ensuring backup and proper monitoring.
∎ Coordinate & support the ERP team by understanding business needs, analyzing workflow, process improvement, and business practices to streamline operations.
∎ Coordination of CRM development and any other technical integration as per business needs.
∎ E-commerce hosting management and any others integration for smooth E-commerce operation.
∎ Installation, configuration & maintenance of MS-SQL server for retail outlets.
∎ Administration, Regular maintenance & Up-gradation of outlets POS system.
∎ Ensure necessary IT support during audit & inventory in every location.
∎ Asset Management & overseeing the annual IT budget (CAPEX & OPEX) to ensure cost-effectiveness.
∎ Proactive plan & analysis to ensure IT-related support to the stakeholder.
∎ Development & Implementation of organizational IT infrastructure & SOP
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the management.
