∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 years experience in similar field, Accounting ERP, Accounts Finance, Fixed Assets Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capitalization of Group Fixed Asset complying Fixed Asset policy in respective legal entity in ERP with coordination with Accounting team
∎ Documentation of capitalized Fixed Asset for each legal entity
∎ Recording group fixed assets
∎ Recording of Fixed assets transfers
∎ Tagging of Fixed assets
∎ Recording of Fixed Assets retirement in ERP
∎ Assist in conducting physical verification of group fixed asset
∎ Assist in Depreciation and other Fixed Asset process in ERP
∎ Preparation of Fixed Asset reports and Schedules
∎ Other related jobs related to fixed assets management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' experience in pharmaceuticals industry experience is preferable.
∎ Time bonding and dedicated, learning thrust.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office suite.
