∎ Skills Required: ERP, Microsoft Excel, Tally, Very good skill in typing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions;
∎ File supporting documents for every transaction, ensuring that they are complete and organized
∎ To determine L/C landed cost on time.
∎ Ensuring L/C-related cost booking on time.
∎ Posting All Purchase, Sales & Expenses through Accounting Software; Tally ERP;
∎ Assisting in preparing the companies' monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.
∎ Ensure proper Bank reconciliation, Account payable, & Account Receivable Reconciliation;
∎ Preparing & Calculating Withholding tax Return-75A;
∎ Statement regarding filing of return of employees 108 & 108-A;
∎ Monthly TDS, VDS, Salary Tax preparation and submission;
∎ Any other jobs as and when required to be performed as per the instructions from the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint/Word.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
