Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain strong communication with buyers and ensure timely response to inquiries
• Handle order processing, follow-up, and coordination with production & merchandising teams
• Ensure on-time delivery by closely monitoring order status and shipment schedules
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
• Prepare reports, order status updates, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Commercial, QA) for smooth execution
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
