- ERP Software Knowledge (Logic Software preferred)
Responsibilities & Context:
Experience in the factory, preferably woven garments
Maintain Import Statement Properly.
Handle commercial documentation PI, LC, BTB, and banking correspondence properly.
Prepared export & import documentation and maintain records of commercial activities.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements in all commercial operations.
Prepare Documents for annual customs & Bond Audit.
Have knowledge about UP & UD also knowledge maintains Stock properly.
Follow up with banks, customs, C&F agents, shipping lines, and buyers for smooth commercial operations.
Maintain proper communication with merchandising, finance, and production teams regarding shipment schedules and payment status.
Handle bonded warehouse and customs documentation as per government rules.
Assist in import of raw materials, machinery, and accessories by coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarder.
Maintain all commercial records and files systematically.
