Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters and BBA/Graduation in Finance/Accounting from Reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical reporting, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target, Recovery of Fund with strong management policy as per document, Reporting and Documentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Collection, Credit Control And Recovery, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support/ Client Service, Due Collection, Money Collection, Recovery of Fund with strong management policy as per document
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Functional Areas:
∎ Observing overall bad debts (outstanding amount) and take initiatives to recovery.
∎ Ensure to recovery all the bad debts (outstanding amount) of Ready Mix & Concrete.
∎ Maintain a database with log register which includes all the recovery related information.
∎ Prepare monthly report on the overall recovery activities and submit the same to the authority with a copy marked to the management authority.
∎ Make the recovery activities effective from starting of each month.
∎ Ensure that all the due amount recovered within the due date.
∎ Communicate with Central Protection Wing of group admin for any kind of assistance.
∎ Additional Activities:
∎ Observing overall security features of all the Concord Group's infrastructure and provide the report to the concerned authority for necessary initiatives.
∎ In case of any unusual, unacceptable or undesired occurrence is revealed from the incident recorded during odd time should immediately bring within the notice of reporting superior.
∎ Maintain the log register for keeping the record of different occurrences informed to the authority from time to time.
∎ Ensure the security of the construction sites and make sure the all the stock reports, formats and other documents are properly maintained.
∎ Visit all the construction projects if and when required.
∎ Any other job given by the reporting authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 5 years' experience preferably in Ready Mix Sector in the similar position or in corporate doing similar job.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Collection & Recovery/Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/Key Account Management,
∎ Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
∎ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail.
∎ Must be a computer literate.
