∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Experience in customer services in real estate sector.
∎ Graduation in Civil Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Managing day to day customer activities and keep up their satisfaction at an optimum level.
∎ Leading a team of spirited individuals to achieve business activities
∎ Ensuring outstanding service to the clients by changing working drawings as per their requirements as additional work.
∎ Develop, improve and implement customer service processes and procedures.
∎ Work as a cross functional leader liaising with customers to ensure faultless service to the customers.
∎ Analyze customer service training programs, implement and deliver new applicable modules Requirements.
∎ Solve any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
∎ Co-ordination and supervise project works to monitor and ensure the proper modification as per requirement of the client.
∎ Co-ordination with the Architect, Construction Engineer and Structural Engineer to convey the observations or comments of the clients on the products.
∎ Communicating with Construction and Design Department to maintain the quality of works as recommended from the clients.
∎ Co-ordination with the Procurement Department to ensure quality of the major construction materials such as steel, cement, bricks, sand etc considering the view of the clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to maintain standard record to ensure on time customer service.
∎ Ensure customer service in the optimum level of satisfaction for end customer.
∎ Respond to Customer queries & complaints and reflect on the insights using appropriate communication methods & tools

Salary: Negotiable
