Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and modify as built SLD (Electrical), Substation Load Management, ELD, LPS, Fire Detection & Protection system drawing & design by AutoCAD as per Accord (RSC), Alliance (NIRAPON), BNBC & NFPA standard.
∎ Coordinate the organization and preparation of factories for audits (RSC, NIRAPON, Bureau
∎ Veritas, Li & Fung and Buyer CAP), maintaining log books and preparing audit-related reports
∎ (Electrical & Fire)
∎ Audit handling including RSC & NIRAPON (Follow-up, Pre T&C, T&C, SSV, TSV)
∎ Prepare 90-Days monitoring Report and checklist (Electrical and Fire)
∎ Oversee and monitor the operation of Substations, Diesel Generators, Air Compressors, RO Plants.
∎ Water Pumps, Lifts, and AC systems, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.
∎ Regular Inspection, Supervising and maintenance Central Fire Detection System (CFDS) & Central Fire Protection System (CFPS) according to NFPA & BNBC standard.
∎ Regular floor visit and checking all safety equipment (Substation, Generator, Compressor,
∎ DB/MDB Board, BBT, Fire Alarm Panel, Fire Pump Room, Standpipe, Fire Door, Fire Extinguisher,
∎ Aisles Mark, Emergency light, Exit sign Etc.) to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Monitoring & maintenance all the machines and equipment such as Washing machine, Dryer
∎ Machine, Fusing Machine, Heat Seal Machine, Dehumidifier, Exhaust Fan, Water Pump, Needle
∎ Detector Machine, Bonding Machine, Vacuum Iron Table, Electric Iron, Water dispenser. Molding Machine, Snap Button Machine Etc.
∎ Installation and maintenance of Single or Double Fire doors (NAFCO, ASICO, PARTEX) Fire door lock, door leaf, door frame, closer and panic bar.
∎ Monitor and analyze Insulation Resistance Test, Earth Test, Transformer oil Test and Thermographic survey reports to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
∎ Monitoring & Maintenance of total building plumbing (Air & Water) and mechanical work.
∎ Check and prepare documentation to ensure compliance with Factory licenses (BEPZA, BERC, DOE, and government permits).
∎ Maintaining & Recording Utility Consumption Register Such as Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Steam Bill, Fuel consumption.
∎ Supervise repairs, installations, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with standards.
∎ Implement and ensure timely execution of engineering modifications and servicing to meet production demands.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans, scheduling activities for all machines and equipment.
∎ Plan, schedule, and conduct electrical safety trainings for engineering staff and helpers, emphasizing safe work practices.
∎ Manage and maintain records of required production and machinery spare parts.
∎ Monitoring and supervising executives, Jr. Engineer and all engineering staffs.
∎ Estimating materials, labor, or construction costs for BOQ preparation.
∎ Ability to handling 3rd Party, Supplier and vendor work.
∎ Prepare requisitions and procure essential spares and goods for respective machines, ensuring smooth operations.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support operational efficiency and Organizational objectives.
