∎ Construction: Oversee site activities, planning, execution, and compliance with safety and deadlines.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement strategies to ensure quality standards, monitor contractors, and maintain project excellence.
∎ Design: Collaborate with architects and consultants, manage design updates, and supervise the design team.
∎ Supply Chain: Ensure cost-effective, legally compliant processes and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Customer Service: Develop policies to enhance customer satisfaction and supervise customer service operations.
