∎ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in construction, with expertise in Civil Construction, steel structures; prior experience in solar based construction should be considered an added advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and structural engineering principles.
∎ Hands-on experience with construction site tools, equipment, and safety standards.
∎ Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
∎ Willingness to stay on-site in Bogra for the duration of the project.
∎ Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and contractors.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to maintain effective communication and workflow.
∎ Monitor the installation of steel structures and other construction elements, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
∎ Oversee the procurement and use of materials, ensuring optimal use and reducing wastage.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and address any issues promptly.
∎ Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all site workers.
∎ Maintain daily records of site activities, including work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.
∎ Support the team in achieving project milestones and preparing reports for stakeholders.
∎ Kisan Botanix Limited is a leading agro-based company in Bangladesh, dedicated to modernizing agriculture through innovative solutions. We are planning to start some exciting projects like warehouse, cold storage facility in Bogra.
∎ We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth execution of construction and other on-site activities.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
