∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 12-14 years of experience with working knowledge of electrical and 02 to 03 years experiences as Manager Electrical.
∎ Must have computer literacy and ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have adequate knowledge and clear concept regarding the drawing, design & specifications about electrical works of any project.
∎ Collect electrical drawing, design, specifications from concern authority and prepare the details estimation of required materials for implementation of project.
∎ Prepare electrical drawing, design, specifications if required.
∎ Prepare the time schedule for completion of project & formulating the project implementation plan.
∎ Place the requisition to concern authority time to time.
∎ Planning & coordinating with the concern propjet engineer for implementation of electromechanical work at the project as per design.
∎ Modify design as per requirement of site condition and take necessary approval from concern authority.
∎ Training the working personnel and verifying their qualifications before hiring them.
∎ Preparing schedules and assigning work to project personnel.
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Formulating a maintenance plan & Assign different person for maintenance work & proper document maintain.
∎ Providing direction to all contractors & negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the project work in good time.
∎ Ensuring that the project work is completed in good time and within the set budget.
∎ Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received, used.
∎ Ensuring that the reports, records, timesheets, and invoices are properly maintained at site and head office.
∎ Prepare update work status & submit to the concern authority time to time & Correspondence with management for successful project implementation.
∎ Organize monthly meeting with the project staff to find out the blockage, remove them, consult with & inform the authority and to continue smooth progress of the work.
∎ Correspondence with different Utility service provider authority to ensure utility connect in due time.
∎ Supervision, verify & finalize Tender Submission process along with detail estimation & analysis for different government, semi-government and private organization.
∎ IEB affiliation.
∎ Job Context
∎ The Manager (E & M) is a professional who supervises and offer direction to people working for electrical and mechanical works & maintenance works in different Projects. His main responsibility is ensuring that all works are completed safely and within a set budget and time period. He will ensure uses quality product and quality work at the project. He communicates with a lot of people involved in the project such include the professionals such as Govt. authority, Utility service provider authority, architects, vendors etc.
