Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5-6 years of working experiences on PLC, HMI, VFD (Siemens) and Auto CAD,
∎ Should have skills on MS word, MS excel and other application software.
∎ Fluency in English (Reading & Writing)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge automation siemens PLC & HMI modify, Editing, analyzing & troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge networking system and ProfNet modify editing, analyzing.
∎ Troubleshooting PLC siemens & calibration instrument (4 to 20mA) flow meter, level transmitter, pressure transmitter ultrasonic sensor, drive (Sinamics, Lenz, Omron, Mitsubishi) at particle board production line.
∎ Should have thought knowledge about all the operating and control electrical, automation, electro-mechanic of particle board with related machineries.
∎ Should be capable of consulting operating and maintenance for safe operation and troubleshooting.
∎ Keep update the top management of any type of automation and communication issues.
∎ Keep update R&D electrical and automation system.
