Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop innovative architectural plans for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
∎ Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
∎ Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
∎ Certification: Must possess a valid MIAB (Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh) number.
∎ Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of successful projects.
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
∎ Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
