∎ Minimum 07-10 years of experience with working knowledge of electrical and 04 to 05 years experiences as Electrical Engineer.
∎ Must have computer literacy and ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare cost with detail estimate & budget for different projects.
∎ Prepare requisition for materials for different projects.
∎ Check & take measurement the contractor works.
∎ Prepare & submission tender documents & schedule.
∎ Training the assistant personnel and verifying their qualifications before hiring them.
∎ Being on the project site ensures that works are going on as per design and specification & ensures that set standards and target are achieved.
∎ Providing direction to all contractors.
∎ Planning coordinating with site engineer and accordingly implementing the designs.
∎ Formulating the work & maintenance plan & focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Ensuring that the site work is completed in good time and the set budget is achieved with quality work and uses of quality materials.
∎ Determining work methods that result to improved efficiency and productivity in the work place and workers & Maintain the work status reports, records, timesheets, and invoices up to date.
∎ Emergency purchase for project and maintenance work ensuring quality.
∎ Permission from DESCO/DPDCL for electric load sanctions & connection WASA for water line, Titas for GAS line & Fire License from Fire Bridged at different projects & Monthly bill payment of Gas, Wasa, & Electricity & maintain proper documentation.
∎ Different License renewal work of Hamid Construction Ltd.
∎ Prepare the inventory list after completion, handover to the concern authority maintaining the proper formalities.
∎ IEB affiliation.
∎ Job Context
∎ Manage crews of skilled and unskilled workers for electro mechanical works at different project sites. He is responsible as assistant of Deputy Manager and has to report Deputy Manager for all his responsibilities. Being an assistant of Deputy Manager of any Project he is responsible for the efficiency of all the crews in a project will complete the project within a set budget and time period. He also report on such things as personnel, costs, and safety. He must see that safety rules are followed and should assist providing site QA/QC, contract support and other duties as required. He also communicates company rules and policies to the workers.
