Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate sector will be given preference.
∎ Must be able to meet his own Targets.
∎ Must have the knowledge about FAR and other rules and regulations of various authorities.
∎ Design, Drafting, 3D modelling and Visualization of Architectural projects.
∎ Exclusive Interior & Furniture design along with project supervision.
∎ Project Planning and Site design management with Clients and Workers.
∎ Select materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance the overall design and meet budget constraints.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detailed working drawing.
∎ Realistic 3D interior Modeling and rendering skill.
∎ Preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
∎ Prepare Exterior & Interior/ Architectural design concepts, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and cost estimation.
∎ Designing residential & commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, Strategic thinking to achieve the aims of the project safety/cost/time/quality/sustainability
∎ Oversee all phases of design and implementation to ensure the project meets high-quality standards.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
