Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct research and development activities for new chemical products and formulations.
Improve and optimize existing formulations to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
Perform laboratory experiments, trials, and analysis to validate product performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and product specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Supply Chain) for product scale-up and commercialization.
Evaluate raw materials and identify alternative sources to optimize cost and quality.
Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide technical support.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper handling of chemicals and materials.
