Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure excellent patient and customer experience.
- Actively listen to patients, families, and visitors to understand and address their healthcare-related concerns effectively.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and appointment procedures.
- Offer appropriate solutions to patient queries based on hospital policies and service guidelines.
- Identify and escalate unresolved medical or administrative issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointment bookings, test results, or resolution of their concerns.
- Document all patient interactions and call details in the ERP or CRM system accurately for future reference.
- Ensure adherence to hospital guidelines, service protocols, and regulatory standards while addressing patient needs.
- Handle patient complaints, including those involving sensitive or critical healthcare situations, calmly and professionally.
- Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support staff to resolve complex patient issues effectively.
- Use problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations, such as emergency service inquiries or complaints.
- Coordinate ambulance bookings, bed availability inquiries, or referrals as needed.
- Provide empathetic support to distressed patients or families, ensuring professionalism and compassion.
- Contribute to creating a patient-focused and supportive team environment by sharing insights and assisting colleagues.
