∎ To take initiatives for cost savings.
∎ To prepare the daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting ( Daily OT, daily OH Monitoring, daily shipment report, weekly KPI reporting & monthly reporting)
∎ To check the effectiveness of control framework.
