Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find new showroom location in suitable place.
∎ Negotiate with the landlord regarding proposed showroom rent, advance, agreement & re-agreement.
∎ Find new storeroom/ godown for the selected showroom.
∎ Submit the proposed showroom file to the management for approval.
∎ Make agreement between landowner & company as per company policy.
∎ Collect ownership documents, bio-data & other relevant papers from the landowner.
∎ Involve showroom repair & maintenance related work.
∎ Showroom display rack measurement & allocation as per showroom size.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At Least 1 Year of Experience in Retail Sales Management.
∎ Tech-savvy, Innovative and creative.
Salary: Negotiable
