Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Brands & Communication team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing marketing procurement, vendor coordination, event execution, and budget tracking while supporting the overall marketing operations. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of marketing materials and services.
  • Ensure timely bill processing, fund disbursement, and settlement of marketing procurement expenses and advances.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, campaigns, and activations.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall financial goals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on all marketing procurement and operational activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on procurement, vendor performance, and project progress.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet shared objectives and contribute to team success.
  • Willingness to travel outside Dhaka as required for project or event coordination.
