• Business Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in Finance / Accounting/ Management / Marketing.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the capital market.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House/ Merchant Banking.

• IT & CDBL, Accounts & Compliance.

A leading brokerage company affiliated with the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) offering stock broking, depository services and margin loans.

Responsibilities

• Execute client trades.

• To have a Trader Certificate (Authorized Representative).

• Demonstrating excellent capacity to promote company success by maintaining courteous interactions with customers and company associates, presenting a professional appearance, and exhibiting a positive attitude.

• Develop new business by bringing in retail and institutional clients.

• Set your business targets and meet them.

• Maintain good relations with the client base

• Possessing sound knowledge of trading rules and other applicable regulations of BSEC, DSE, CDBL, BB, etc.

• Maintain high ethical standards by acting with honesty and integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations and professional communication with clients and colleagues.

• Foreign trading experience in any reputed Brokerage House/Custodian.

• Two Festival Bonus & Performance Bonus yearly.
