Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary:
The Executive Secretary to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient management of the CEO’s office. This role demands strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and discretion in handling confidential matters. The incumbent will act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and professionalism at all times.

Job Description:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

  • Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize confidential records and official documents.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper logistics and timely communication.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Draft and review professional communications, memos, and meeting materials.

  • Record meeting minutes and assist in preparing board documents.

  • Conduct research and provide analytical and administrative support as required.

  • Manage office supplies and general administrative documentation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) (preferred NSU, BRAC, IUB).

  • GCE/ IGCSE level or above, completed with an excellent command of writing and speaking

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
