Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, specifically in sea import operations or customer service.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• A customer-focused attitude.

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Sea Import team as an ‘Executive, Sea Import (International Freight Forwarding, Customer Service)’. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Sea Import Shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating seamless communication with clients and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling, managing, and monitoring RFQs, bookings, schedules, approvals, departures, connections, and arrivals.

• Coordinating with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.

• Maintaining accurate records of shipments and prepare reports as required.

• Recording bills and issuing invoices.

• Communicating information and coordinating jobs across the related departments (operations, finance, etc.).

• Maintaining accurate records of shipments and prepare reports.

• Resolving issues or discrepancies
