Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing new business: Identifying potential customers and growing their business.
∎ Following up on orders: checking on overdue orders, unfulfilled orders and customer orders.
∎ Sourcing materials: Finding the materials needed to fulfill orders.
∎ Booking capacity : Ensuring there is enough capacity to fulfill the orders.
∎ Communicating with customers: Visiting customers, communicating with them about orders, and providing support.
∎ Reporting to management: Providing sales forecasts and reports to management.
∎ Building relationships: Building long-term relationships with customers and keeping updated on products.
∎ Researching the market: Staying up to date on market conditions and competitors.
∎ Negotiating orders: Working with management to negotiate and secure orders.
∎ Submitting sales plans: Creating sales plan & projections for customers.
∎ Any other task assigns by the department manager.
