Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) & Internet.
Responsibilities & Context:
Communication with Vendors/Buying office for business development.
Handles resolves into the customer complaint & account receivable monitoring.
Communication with customer, mail and phone communication, customer visit.
Collaborate with sales/production for daily follow up.
Check PI before the confirm the order to avoid the mistake.
Order duties may be assigned, have to accept any new change & challenges.
Should update superiors with work reports.
Demand visualization: Market analysis, market intelligence.
Any task assigned by the department manager.
