• Real Estate sales & marketing experience is must.

• Engage potential buyers and investors through networking, phone calls, online inquiries, and site visits.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve the company's apartment sales targets.
• Oversee the complete sales process, starting from lead generation and continuing through to deal closure.
• Foster and uphold strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Offer clients comprehensive details about properties, including pricing, payment schedules and financing options.
• Handle client queries, negotiations, and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, bookings and deal progress.
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
• Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and explain project features.
• Participate in real estate expos, open houses, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
