We are currently looking for an experienced individual for the position of Executive - Sales, Rangpur & Mymenshing Zone.
∎ This role focuses on expanding market presence by appointing dealers and sub-dealers, monitoring sales, and exploring new opportunities within the assigned territory. It involves building relationships with government agencies, developers, and architects. The officer will manage promotional activities, assist dealers in boosting sales, and ensure proper use of POS materials while implementing company strategies to drive growth.

∎ Market Develop:
∎ - Will appoint a Dealer & Sub-Dealer in your Territory at every tiles market as much as possible up to every Thana of your Territory (up to full fill our Target).
∎ - This sub-dealer will sell our products via authorized dealer.
∎ - Will follow up on the regular sales of dealers and visit the market to search for new opportunities.
∎ - Visit the potential customer as per the request of the Dealer as well as company instructions.
∎ - Will visit Govt. agencies i.e. EED, HED, PWD, LGED and other agencies.
∎ - Will visit existing and newly constructed Developer Firms, Architect Firms and ongoing projects of commercial and private buildings in the area.

∎ Promotional Activities:
∎ - Submitting Promotional proposals to boost up the sales of your territory.
∎ - Merchandising our products in the POS (Dealers/ Sub dealers).
∎ - Provide proposal for Signboard to our new open POS (Dealers/Sub dealers).
∎ - Flyer distribution through local paper.
∎ - Provide sufficient catalog, brochure, Price List etc.
∎ - Assist the dealer in increasing sales volume by direct marketing and finding out new opportunities.
∎ - Arrange Training Program of Our products in the area.
∎ - Implementing any strategic offer or agenda of the company.
∎ - Follow up on proper usage of signboards, POS materials, etc. provided by the company.

∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
