Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and drive sales.
∎ 2. Conduct market research to identify trends,
∎ create and manage social media accounts and campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
∎ 3. Create content for social media and other digital marketing channels.
∎ 4. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.
∎ 5. Collaborate with other teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions.
∎ 6. Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
∎ 7. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ 8. Monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on industry trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a marketing executive or similar role,
∎ Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques,
∎ Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels,
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment,
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software tools,
∎ Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms,
∎ Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
