Experience:

• HSC
• Higher Secondary

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, it's better if you have degree on tourism.

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
• Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment.
• Residence living near Gulahan, Mohakhali, Badda , Rampura, Banashree specially encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities :

• Local Tour idea (Like : Sundarban tour, Tanguar Haor Tour, Saint Martin Tour Sajek Tour and hotel booking knowledge)
• Undertaking various travel and tourism related tasks using digital technologies.
• Marketing holidays and tour packages to clients via Facebook, Websites, Email, Mobile, Whatsup.
• Selling holiday and travel products to customers.
• Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
• Booking hotel, issuing ticket, printing and emailing ticket from GDS backend using standard GDS command.
• Strategic planning and preparing contents for various Travel Services including Holiday, Flight, Hotel, Visa, Car, Bus, Helicopter rental etc.
• Coordinating with other departments.
