∎ 2. The client should work with all types of query.
∎ 4. The client should be informed about the company's services.
∎ 5. Receive phone calls, search emails, and properly receive and resolve all customer complaints.
∎ 6. Customers should be informed of all travel packages including flights, hotel bookings and car rentals.
∎ 7. Strive to meet the customer's expectations, in line with the customer's inquiry.
∎ 8. For the sake of the office, there should be a mentality to work outside the office.
