Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
∎ •Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ •Sell services and place customer orders in the computer system.
∎ •Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
∎ •Provide service and service information to customers.
∎ •Research required information using available resources.
∎ •Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable GDS software.
∎ •Moderator of social media.
∎ •Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ •Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
∎ •Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ •Up-sell services and services.
∎ •Complete call logs and reports.
∎ •Mitigate the given targets accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic 5,000/- Target Fill up 5,000/-
