∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing, 8 Pass
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Office, Guest Relation, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Hotel, Market Research Firms, Resort
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Branding & Promotion
∎ Look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client , corporate sales meeting arrange, customer relation develop.
∎ To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ To collect sufficient data for market analysis.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the Company.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have practical experience and proven track record in work of Sales & Marketing in any reputed Hotel/ Hospitality organization.
∎ Must have good oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Must be well conversant in Computer, internet, Email, customized software
∎ Needs to know the Water pump, Electrical, Plumbing with practical knowledge.
Salary: Negotiable
