∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop segment strategies and plan the marketing initiatives to achieve customer acquisition target.
∎ In depth analysis and profiling of different customer segments & their behavior patterns.
∎ Inter departmental coordination and complete list prior to the launching of any new campaign.
∎ Liaisons with all internal and external stakeholders of relevant campaigns.
∎ Prepare and present periodic reports.
∎ Collect required date and information and provide feedback to the management about current trends & other scenario of this type of business.
∎ To maintain and develop relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls.
∎ Answer customers on products, Prices, availability. uses, payment terms and condition.
∎ Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
∎ Visit potential customers to prospect for new business, acting as a contact between a company markets.
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and opening sales, gathering market and customer information.
∎ Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
∎ Should be able to correspondence/work with minimum supervision.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ Candidates for this position must have mentality to drive motorcycle.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable in the field of marketing/sales of Marble, Granite,Bathroom & Kitchen Fittings/Faucets
∎ Motor Cycle Driving
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
