Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Customer Support/ Client Service, Public Relation

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Showroom Executive with good verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English. You have to Receive Phone calls, handle clients & have the ability to convince clients over the phone.
∎ Work days: Saturday to Friday (Except on Holy days)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring customer service & satisfaction
∎ Communicate with customers via phone and e-mail regarding products and services.
∎ Have to convince clients to take the services and/or confirm orders.
∎ Provide detailed answers to questions about products, pricings, and details.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
∎ They should be well mannered, pleasant, professional and good problem solvers as well, Should be self-directed.
∎ Occasionally, You Need to Visit nearby clients for meeting purposes. (You will be accompanied by another staff member).
∎ Meet and greet customers who attend the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide first rate customer service.
∎ Assist customers face to face, on the telephone and by email with a range of fireplace/ worktop design, sales and after sales queries.
∎ Actively keep customers up to date regarding their installation, orders and delivery.
∎ Handling customer payments.
∎ Carry out all associated administrative tasks such as keeping and updating customer records, ordering and displaying brochures, filing estimates and quotes etc.
∎ Keep the showroom and all work areas clean tidy and free of hazards
∎ Adhere to health and safety protocols.
∎ To undertake any other duties commensurate with the purpose and remit of the post.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female 5 person and Male 2 person
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Professional drafting ability in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent communication skills and good in spoken English.
∎ Highly skilled in Excel, browsing Internet
∎ Polished Communication skills
∎ Secretarial skills

Salary: Negotiable
