Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA Major in Marketing are preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for dealing In-house client.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit apartment with client for their satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending project office duty.
∎ To search Outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader .
∎ Take initiative for operating the project smoothly.
∎ Take initiative for ensuring the quality services at the door steps for the clients/customers.
∎ To supervise the project personnel and ensure their jobs done accurately.
∎ Controlling the project costing as well as increasing the profit against the services.
∎ To establish a very strong relationship with the customers.
∎ To visit the project periodically for ensuring the proper services for the clients.
∎ Prepare periodical reports and submit it to the management as per requirement basis.
∎ Maintain rapport with the existing customer to retain them effectively.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher can apply. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets,
∎ Capable to maintain standard record to ensure on time customer service,
∎ Ensure customer service in the optimum level of satisfaction,
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking & approach,
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure,
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English
