Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounts and Finance.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC), CA Certificate Level Qualification.
∎ ITP Certificate holder shall get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the company's Finance, Policies and Procedures; to Prepare all financial statements, developing, implementing and modifying financial statements and internal controls; Management Accounting, Financial Reporting.
∎ Responsible for financial Planning, Budgeting, Controlling, Forecasting & Variance Analysis, Cash Management, Tax & VAT Planning, Internal Control and compliance with all statutory requirements.
∎ Responsible for preparation of periodical statutory/management accounts and ensuring that the books of accounts have been maintained in compliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) as adopted in Bangladesh, Companies Act, and other rules and regulations as applicable for the company and ensuring they are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
∎ Manage and maintain financial and accountancy records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Oversee daily financial transactions, track the flow of funds into and out of the company, and process payments as necessary.
∎ Handle the invoicing process for clients, ensuring invoices are accurate, delivered on time, and payments are received in accordance with payment terms.
∎ Maintain a thorough record of remuneration and rates for the company's international employees, freelance service providers, and other suppliers, both individuals and entities, ensuring accurate and timely payments
∎ Process payroll and business expenses, ensuring each is handled in a timely, efficient, and
∎ Compliant manner.
∎ Prepare monthly bank and payroll reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
∎ Prepare different Cost reports on a needs basis as per management requirement.
∎ Respond to ad-hoc tasks as per management requests, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency.
∎ Conduct financial analysis to understand trends and make recommendations for cost efficiency.
∎ Ensure financial compliance and stay updated with changes in financial regulations and
∎ legislation.
∎ Cooperate and help audit team by providing information and documents for internal and external audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 12 to 15 year(s) vast experience is required. Out of this at least 5 years must be in reputed construction or developer environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting
∎ Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Applications, vast experience with ERP software-Tally.
∎ Familiarity with taxation, VAT Laws and compliance requirements
∎ Matured, Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn and confident to take challenge
∎ Able to work under pressure with tactical team spirit. Extremely hard working with good image temperament.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English, smart and intelligent.
