Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc./B. Sc in Biological science.
∎ BA/BBA/BSS from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Official Affairs: Maintain Official Instructions, correlation with other departments along with Sales, Service, Accounts & Finance & others
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference.
∎ Complete any other assignment given by the Authority.
∎ Work with Marketing, Sales & Business Development department for product promotion, market activation issue, and promotional campaign for new & existing product.
∎ Suggest the market entry of products based on different criteria as mentioned in policy & has to inform to the authority.
∎ Quarterly promotional advertisement materials with proper planning must be done with specific products/categories selected by the authority. Survey summary & report must be presented to management after completion.
∎ Product Knowledge & plan execution
∎ New product launching & activities for establishing new products.
∎ Develop and execute product marketing plans to responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for assigned items and brands.
∎ Creates, evaluates, and analyzes proposals for new business ideas
∎ Train and manage the Product Intern.
∎ Generate ideas and product research for trend promotions and help to implement new existing stock strategy.
∎ Provide product guidance to the Customer.
∎ Market research: Doing market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as to monitor trends in the marketplace. Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as customer.
∎ Support sales efforts by working closely with the sales team to provide brand training, developing sales training materials and supporting sales efforts
∎ Monitor product performance to evaluate the performance of own products and making recommendations for adjustments as needed
∎ Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment and competitive trends
∎ Exploration on generation of ideas, new products & services or improvement of old products & services or processes.
∎ Product Marketing & Sales Activities: Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective actions as per market feedback
∎ Frequent Customer visit & field work for market development
∎ Train the field forces on assigned products
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan
∎ Monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.
∎ Collect market information and develop market for new product lines.
∎ Collaborate regularly with sales team & feed them which products & stores need to be promoted for sales boost up.
∎ Product Report Generating Activities: Prepare of Quarterly Strategic Plan and Monitor monthly.
∎ Do Month end stock review with team lead regarding locking, unlocking & season wise release of products. Update the warehouse master sheet accordingly to the meeting discussion.
∎ Compile reports and analysis uses.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
∎ Ability to solve problems independently and result oriented.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
∎ Mastery in Bengali and English to communicate effectively across the organization.
∎ Enthusiastic about learning and taking on new challenges.
