∎ Marketing/Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish initial contact with clients.
∎ Support Head of Sales & Marketing / Director in the process of getting business from clients.
∎ Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
∎ Resolve and escalate where necessary issues pertaining to customers.
∎ Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
∎ Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
∎ Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
∎ Coordinate with logistics for ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to communicate requisition for Customer Ledger / Accounts.
