Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Computer skill, Microsoft Excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Financial Record and Processing of transaction.
∎ Accounts Payable & Receivable Management.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement at the month end.
∎ Inventory Management & Maintain Party Ledger.
∎ Confirm Accounting entries in software on daily Basis.
∎ Keep good knowledge in checking parties
∎ Responsible for maintaining day to day general Banking.
∎ Payment disbursement of Cash & Cheque.
∎ Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in Tally ERP 9 software maintain documentation timely.
∎ To maintain proper documentation system for future reference
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, salary sheets, Voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Handling cash book, party ledger, stock ledger & others accounts related issues.
∎ Managing petty cash transactions & banking statement.
∎ Should have expertise in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement.
∎ Liability account maintaining & related works with bank.
∎ Collection of receivable amount from customer.
∎ Payment of Monthly VAT of the company.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
