Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute industrial sales for achieving the organization goal.
∎ Establish & maintain effective business relationship with existing & potential industrial customers.
∎ Visit potential & existing customer's to liaison & coordinate technical details of new product requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer wants & needs.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance in industrial segment & prepare counter strategy reports.
∎ Assist to develop independent presentation module to conduct the local seminars on customers doorstep or factory premises as per IOCL guideline.
∎ Conduct machinery survey for any industry, if requested. Prepare a lube survey report, recommend appropriate lubricants in line with OEM recommendation / lube specifications & submit it to relevant client.
∎ Investigate customer's lube related problems & take necessary action to overall technical support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ B2B Experience in the related field.
∎ Knowledge of mechanical procedures & mechanical machinery including engine builds / rebuilds would be advantageous.
∎ Knowledge of lubricants industry would be highly advantageous.
∎ General knowledge of industrial lubricant application, performance requirements, formulation & test methods would be highly advantageous but not essential.
∎ Should have the capability to develop technical expertise in related field of work.
