Experience:
Achieve assigned annual and monthly sales targets under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers to strengthen the lubricant distribution network.
Conduct regular market visits to promote lubricant products, communicate product updates, and provide after-sales support.
Identify new business opportunities, including institutional sales, fleet customers, and major lubricant projects within the assigned region.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, product positioning, and market trends to support sales planning.
Carry out market surveys and feasibility studies in coordination with the Marketing team.
Ensure effective territory management, including route planning, outlet coverage, and market expansion.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards while delivering customer service excellence.
