Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve assigned annual and monthly sales targets under the guidance of the Sales Manager.

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and key customers.

  • Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers to strengthen the lubricant distribution network.

  • Conduct regular market visits to promote lubricant products, communicate product updates, and provide after-sales support.

  • Identify new business opportunities, including institutional sales, fleet customers, and major lubricant projects within the assigned region.

  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, product positioning, and market trends to support sales planning.

  • Carry out market surveys and feasibility studies in coordination with the Marketing team.

  • Ensure effective territory management, including route planning, outlet coverage, and market expansion.

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates as required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards while delivering customer service excellence.
