Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure maintenance of office premises and factory offices.
- Ensure hygienic housekeeping in central office and factory through supervising relevant staffs.
- Ensure fleet management and maintain office support staffs, drivers, cleaners etc.
- Should be able to handle transport, liaison with labour office, Police Station, Local. authority, Fire service, Environment office, DIFE, BRTA and other utilities office.
- To coordinate and support top management.
- Communication skill through English will be treated one step ahead.
