∎ Graduate or Post Graduate from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation.
∎ Maintain contact with key markets by visiting and investigating the operations and local conditions.
∎ Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales and customer support strategies and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business.
∎ Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.
∎ Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and ability to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks.
∎ Possess advanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology
∎ Understand each assigned customer's business model and competitive advantages.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Prepare Sales forecast.
∎ Collaborate with operational team members to develop pricing/ rates and schedules.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

∎ Skills Required: Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel and Outlook) and using the internet
∎ Experience with logistics process, systems and solutions.

Salary:
