Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough understanding on the product (ceramic industry).
∎ Establish demonstration to present products with dealers, retailers, customers, components and reference groups.
∎ In depth knowledge about ceramic products and strong relationship with dealers, distributors, retailers.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Identifying market needs and recommending in line with the needs identified.
∎ Build company reputation through professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative & subversive activities
∎ Data identifying pocket markets and initializing report accordingly.
∎ Buildup relations to the customer and work for their satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have general knowledge in the following area(s): Manufacturing, Market Research, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Experience in ceramic industry would be preferable.
∎ Self-competency: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Negotiation and persuasive skills
