Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Executive – Sales (Easy bike and 3 wheeler Spare Parts & Agro Machinery) to support our sales growth in the agricultural machinery and spare parts sector. The role involves building strong dealer networks, promoting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell agro machinery and easy bike and 3 wheeler spare parts through direct sales, dealer networks, and field visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Prepare and execute monthly sales plans to achieve targets.
Monitor dealer stock levels, product movement, and after-sales service support.
Ensure proper market communication regarding promotions, offers, and product updates.
Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM/database systems.
Coordinate with service, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and demonstrations to increase product visibility.
