Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the sales process through taking sales order and payment details
∎ Communicate with the sales person on daily basis by providing price index
∎ Coordinate and associate in determining price index with HOD
∎ Issue delivery order and payment confirmation through sales software
∎ Report to HOD on daily sales order and payment information
∎ Provide information regarding sales offer on daily basis
∎ Monitor Delivery process to smoothen the sales process
∎ Assist in arranging transport for respective sales order issue
∎ Coordinate with sales person on price and delivery issue
∎ Communicate with the transport vendor for placing and delivery of product on time
∎ Communicate with Vat and Delivery Department of plant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Sales coordination
∎ Good knowledge on ERP Operation
∎ Should be well behaved
∎ Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively
∎ Ability to work under pressure
