Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
∎ Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
∎ Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
∎ Persists in sales even in the face of failure
∎ Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
∎ Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
∎ Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
∎ Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
∎ Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
∎ Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
∎ Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
∎ Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
∎ Other tasks as & when required or assign by the Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to focus on attractive commission.
∎ Must have excellent communication & presentation skill.
∎ Should have insatiable appetite to living and developing.
∎ Analytical, data savvy and hard working.
∎ Pro-active and self-motivated.
∎ Very fluent in English (both written and verbal)
