Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly Sales target as per Annual Operation Plan of the Territory.
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target on a day-to-day basis for ensuring Market Leadership and Growth.
∎ Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities and Launch Marketing, Brand Promotion Campaigns for the specified routes and Customer areas.
∎ Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing Corporate and SME Clients.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Solely responsible for appointing new distributors in assigned area.
∎ Prepare and submit sales report to the supervisor.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 14000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
