∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, telesales, Travel Tourism
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Outbound Telemarketing Calls for brand promotion and target selling.
∎ Follow up inbound customer inquiries to convert business leads to appointments.
∎ Meet and greet existing, new and potential customers in the office in an efficient and professional manner.
∎ Handle all types of customer queries and Provide excellent customer service by providing precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Build a strong relationship with Potential Customers by Providing Prioritised Support and Solving Problem In a Urgent Basis.
∎ Create and Prepare Corporate Marketing Materials and Demonstrate to potential Corporate Customers.
∎ Coordinate with other Departments to ensure timely and efficient deliveries of customers product and service needs.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Apart From Basic Salary, There will Be Handsome Amount Provided for Target Achievement.
