Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Statistics from any reputed university.
Candidates with strong analytical and reporting skills or experience in Sales MIS / Data Analysis will get preference.
Strong analytical ability with expertise in data interpretation and performance analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets for sales data monitoring and reporting.
Sound knowledge of RTM (Route-to-Market) models and sales operation processes.
Ability to track and analyze SKU-wise, pack-wise, and channel-wise performance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and timely reporting.
Capability to prepare and present weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
Familiarity with field operations monitoring, including tour plan and beat plan compliance.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend actions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Monitor and analyze daily RTM sales reports to assess outlet coverage, call productivity and overall sales performance.
Track and evaluate sales targets vs. achievements at the TSM/SO level on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
Review and monitor SKU-wise, pack-wise, and channel-wise sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Identify and report sales gaps and underperforming SKUs in a timely manner to facilitate corrective action.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance summaries with management and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure strict compliance with tour plans, punch-in/out records, and beat plan execution.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure insights are used for effective decision-making.
Establish and monitor line-wise accountability, ensuring proper follow-up and execution of action plans.
Support the sales team with analytical insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and process optimization.
